About Me

My name is

Elif Katerina Yildiz

I accompany you on your journey toward holistic wellness, inner balance and a deeper understanding of yourself.

The purpose of my work is not simply to focus on temporary feelings of discomfort associated with everyday stress. By bringing together body awareness, mental practices and complementary energy work, I aim to support you in developing a more balanced and integrated relationship with yourself.

Many of us experience how an intense lifestyle can influence both our emotional and physical state. Breathing may become shallower during moments of sadness, the shoulders and neck may feel tense during demanding periods, or it may become difficult to feel fully rested.

Our bodies may respond to our experiences in many different ways. Unexpressed emotions, persistent thoughts and prolonged stress can sometimes be felt as physical tension, reduced energy, mental fatigue or difficulty slowing down.

During my sessions, I combine mental awareness practices, body-based relaxation methods and complementary energy techniques. These practices are intended to help you slow down, notice your body’s signals more clearly, strengthen your ability to relax and support a greater sense of balance in everyday life.

My approach is rooted in my professional training and in the ethical principles of the traditions I practise. I received my Reiki Master training through the Spanish Reiki Alliance, and I continue to apply the principles of this tradition with care and respect.

For me, this path is not simply a mechanical collection of techniques. Awareness, ethical responsibility, personal development and an honest connection with one’s inner world form the foundation of my work.

How I Work During a Session

* Supporting energetic balance and inner calm

To support deep rest and a sense of holistic balance, I may use Reiki, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, natural stones and crystals.

These complementary wellness practices are intended to create a calm and attentive environment in which you can slow down, turn your attention inward and support a greater sense of personal balance.

* Creating space for the body to relax gently

I do not use harsh, forceful or painful massage techniques.

Instead, I may draw on EFT-based awareness practices, gentle stimulation of reflex points, acupressure and body-based relaxation methods.

These practices are intended to help you become more aware of the tension you may be holding, create space for relaxation and develop a more attentive relationship with your body.

* Supporting relaxation through breath and awareness

Sessions may include mindfulness, conscious breathing, body awareness, gentle movement and relaxation practices that support vagal awareness.

The purpose is to help you slow down after the demands of everyday life, reconnect with the present moment and explore personal practices that support rest and relaxation.

* Working without requiring you to relive difficult experiences

Through coaching, NLP-based awareness and visualisation methods, we may gently observe patterns of thought and response connected with past experiences.

You will never be expected to describe an unwanted experience in detail or to relive it during a session.

The aim is not to diagnose or treat past events. It is to support you in recognising your current thought and body responses and in exploring approaches that may feel more supportive in everyday life.

A Holistic Wellness Approach

In today’s increasingly fast-paced world, we often look for immediate solutions when we experience physical tension, mental overload, difficulty resting or reduced energy.

Focusing only on temporary relief, however, may prevent us from looking more closely at our lifestyle, our needs and the ways in which we relate to ourselves.

At times, we may become accustomed to suppressing the body’s signals, overlooking inner tension or repeatedly postponing our need for rest.

Yet our daily habits, working rhythm, emotions, thoughts and relationship with our body all contribute to our overall sense of well-being.

A holistic wellness approach considers the person not through a single symptom, but through the relationship between body, mind, emotional experience and everyday life.

My mission is to help renew your interest in your body’s natural capacity for rest and balance and to provide a supportive space in which you can listen to yourself more attentively.

A deeper connection with yourself begins with awareness.

When you observe your body’s signals,

recognise your needs more clearly,

and build a more conscious relationship with your thoughts and emotions,

you may find it easier to make everyday choices that support your well-being.

Deep relaxation, body awareness, breathing, meditation and coaching-based practices can help you create space for yourself, notice accumulated intensity and support your personal sense of inner balance.

Change can begin with a simple pause.

You can take the first step toward listening to yourself, slowing down and creating more space for balance in your life.
